The first Call for Project Proposals 2024 is open!

It's promoted by the Future Farming Initiative, an innovation technology platform which has been recently selected by the Italian Ministry of University as a flagship project within the framework of the "Piano Mattei" for its highly innovative nature at the European level (Minister Bernini in Morocco signs Memorandum of Scientific Cooperation and launches Mattei Plan Roadshow with Italian companies)
This call is an opportunity for researchers, start-ups and innovators who want to take up the challenges proposed by the industrial and public partners of Future Farming and transform them into scalable, high-impact projects through innovative solutions.
The Call is a tool for those who want to implement visionary projects and, at the same time, to help a sustainable and technologically advanced future by turning innovative ideas into concrete solutions.
Call objectives
- To transform Proof-of-Concept into solutions ready to scale and respond to the needs of the market;
- To scale up innovations from research prototypes to industrial solutions.
Why participate?
Selected projects will have access to:
- State-of-the-art laboratories located at the Roncade and Pordenone hubs;
- Funding opportunities to increase the maturity of projects from TRL 3-5 up to TRL 8+;
- Collaborations with industrial partners and research institutes;
- Mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities with investors
How to participate?
Proposed projects must be relevant to one, or more, of the indicated thematic areas, which can be consulted at the following link: https://www.f2initiative.eu/call-2024. Proposals should be formulated following the official template, including an abstract of the project, expected impacts, a preliminary timetable and budget. Curricula of the proposing team must also be provided.
Everything should be drafted in a maximum of five pages.
